Position Summary:
We're hiring for a Still Hand position at Moon Drops Distillery. Assist the Head Distiller in day-to-day production operations including
production, packaging, and storing of equipment and products.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and accurately record procedures and processes for spirits
- Operating cooks, fermentations, and distillations
- Keeping all production areas and equipment clean and sterilized
- Setting up equipment in preparation for the next step (i.e. cook, ferment, distillation, stillage)
- Carrying out basic maintenance on machinery
- Bottling, labeling, and packaging MDD spirits
- Attending regular meetings with other staff and managers
- Ensuring quality control standards and targets for production are met

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Able to work independently and with other team members
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Ability to use basic math (add, subtract, divide, multiply)

Training:
Employers will provide on the job training specific to their production processes and regulations.

Pay:
Based on experience and previous education. Starting pay is often based on the National Minimum Wage (NMW). Health benefits optional after 90 days.
