The Horney Creek Association is excited to present the inaugural Horney Creek Beer Wine Spirits Fest on Saturday, Sept. 28th, from 1 – 6:30 pm. This exciting first year event is a celebration of military veterans. It takes place in Logansport outside of Science Project Brewing Company along North Street and moves west to 5th Street, heading south to event partner Bonus Pints. The Old Style on 6th Street is also a partner at this family-friendly event.
The Fest features unlimited pours from 11 different Indiana craft breweries. Pours from participating wineries and distilleries are available for purchase.
Logansport is a DORA community (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area), so this event is for all ages. Festival entry is free to anyone wanting to enjoy the music, food, veteran-focused activities and non-alcoholic beverages. A ticketed age 21+ wrist band is for anyone wanting to sample beer, wine and spirits from around Indiana. All ticketed attendees must show a valid photo I.D. to be eligible to sample alcohol. All ticket sales are final.
Join us to celebrate veterans with:
- An opening ceremony and singing of the National Anthem at 1 pm.
- A children’s activity booth to write thank-notes to veterans.
- An honor “wall” where attendees can add pictures of veterans and active duty military. The wall will later hang in the community.
- A street chalk art project to create messages and art honoring veterans.
- A promotion of veterans banners on downtown street light poles in 2025.
- A candle light closing ceremony at 6:30 pm.
The Fest features two stages of live music, great food, artists and more! And you won’t want to leave without your Horney Creek Fest T-Shirt!
VIP entry starts at 1pm, with General Admission entry beginning at 2pm. VIP tickets include unique pours, an extra hour to enjoy the event and shorter lines during that first hour. Both VIP and General Admission tickets include unlimited pours from the participating breweries, along with access to all Fest amenities.
There are three after-parties with live music:
Science Project Brewing Company, 6:30 pm – 8 pm
Old Style 6th Street Lounge at 7 – 10 pm
Bonus Pints starting at 8 – 10 pm
