We source our grains from local Indiana farms, and we mill, ferment, distill, age, and bottle everything right here on-site. Every bottle reflects our hands-on care and deep-rooted commitment to doing things the right way.

And when the still has finished it’s job, the story doesn’t end there.

In our efforts to stay sustainable, we’ve partnered with local cattle farmers who pick up our spent mash. That leftover grain becomes feed for their cows. It’s full circle. From grain to glass, and back to the farm.
